The full pack price is paid at checkout. The minimum purchase is $9.99; dividing a larger pack by its video count does not change that minimum. Credits do not automatically expire.
You can watch the complete public Couple and Pet examples and compare their input photos without buying credits. Creating a new video from your own photos requires paid credits. The current service does not include free personal generations, free trial credits or free generated scene previews.

Starting a new generation costs 100 credits, including a new take with the same photos or a version with different photos, roles, resolution or aspect ratio. Both 480p and 720p, and both 16:9 and 9:16, have the same cost.
Checking an existing task, playing a saved result and downloading it again during its storage period do not cost more credits. If a task is processing or being checked, follow that task’s status before deciding to create another version.
A confirmed failed generation restores its reserved 100 credits to your balance once. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. Tasks awaiting a confirmed outcome keep their reservation while the result is checked.
Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. No explanation is required. Email support@zombie-couple-video.video with your order number or purchase email. Money returns through Waffo to the original payment method.
The refund policy applies to all three packs. Remaining credits associated with a refunded purchase are revoked; other purchases keep their credits. Deleting a video is separate from requesting a refund. Read the full refund policy and terms.
Completed videos are available privately in your account for 14 days after completion, then automatically deleted. Save the MP4 within that period. Uploads are automatically deleted 24 hours after upload, or earlier when generation finishes. See our privacy policy.
