Your photos and videos
We use the two photos you upload to create the fictional video you request. Photos and generated videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Temporary signed links let KIE access input photos. Input copies are deleted after generation reaches a confirmed final status; tasks being checked retain their inputs until reconciliation is complete. You can delete completed saved results in your account.
Service providers
Google processes sign-in and shares your name, email, and profile image with us. KIE processes photos and generation instructions using Seedance 2.0 Mini. Waffo processes checkout and payment information. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, and the account database. Provider processing and retention are also governed by their own policies.
Account and payment records
We store your account identifier, email, credit grants, purchases, and task status to provide the service and prevent duplicate billing. Your full card details stay with the payment provider. Financial records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution even when a video is removed.
Your choices
Upload only photos you are authorized to use. Personal results stay private behind account authentication and outside public search listings. Contact support@zombie-couple-video.video for account deletion or privacy requests. Independent providers manage their processing records under their respective retention policies.
